Homestead Hills Unveils Newly Renovated Luxury Homes and Villas

Winston-Salem, N.C. July 27, 2009 - Shiny granite countertops, stainless steel fixtures and bright, cheery interiors are just three reasons Winston-Salem residents will gather August 14-15 for the public unveiling of Homestead Hills' newly redesigned luxury homes and villas.

Homestead Hills, a premier Senior Living Community based in Winston-Salem, N.C., is hosting a public Showcase of Homes complemented by a week's worth of events to display the new upscale additions. The all-inclusive retirement community is designed to help its members live longer, happier and more independent lives and Executive Director Pat Halsey is confident the renovations will resonate with future members.

"Homestead houses are beautifully crafted and designed to help our members live a comfortable, care-free lifestyle," Halsey said. The week-long event kicks off with a Member and Guest Preview Party on August 10 from 2 - 4 p.m., followed by a reception for local professionals on August 12. The public Showcase of Homes will take place from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday, August 14 - 15. Executive Chef Travis Burgess and the Homestead Hills dining staff will serve free refreshments and on-site entertainment will be present both days.

The newly renovated homes are available in a variety of floor plans that can accommodate single members or couples while graciously hosting family members or friends in town for a visit. A gated community, Homestead Hills is staffed 24 hours a day, ensuring peace of mind and a tranquil setting for community members.

Halsey believes the Showcase of Homes offers future members an opportunity to experience all Homestead Hills has to offer in a low-pressure, relaxed atmosphere.
