Executive Director Patricia Halsey Returns to Homestead Hills

Winston-Salem, N.C. August 5, 2008 - Homestead Hills, a master-planned, full-service retirement community located in Winston-Salem, has announced the return of Patricia Halsey as Executive Director. Halsey spent ten years at Homestead Hills as the Sales and Marketing Director before taking the Executive Director position at Ridgecrest, a Senior Living Community located in Mt. Airy, North Carolina.
As Executive Director of Homestead Hills, Halsey supervises all aspects of the retirement community including the management of the departmental supervisors and administrative staff , all financial aspects, human resource projects, healthcare programs and marketing agendas and operates the community in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
"We are thrilled to have Pat back at Homestead Hills," said Jinnie Hughes. "She was instrumental in helping my husband Gordon and me to plan and build our house back in 2000. We are real happy about her return."
Prior to joining the Senior Living Communities family, she worked as the Marketing Manager for Heritage Wood Retirement Community in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she was the Employee of the Year. Previous jobs included Loan Officer and Senior Banking Representative for NCNB Nation Bank in Mt. Airy, North Carolina; Head Teller for Southern National Bank in Gastonia, North Carolina; and Head Teller for Northwestern Bank in Kernersville, North Carolina.
